Sweet wines with body, texture and decadent flavours that pair perfectly with desserts. Wines from Sauternes, Banyuls, and Tokaji are particularly worth trying. Lots of residual sugar from super-ripe grapes and often with a touch of botrytis for a characteristic honey note.
