Sparkling and Champagne
A reason for a celebration? Maybe you are thinking Champagne, or Prosecco... but look further and there are delicious sparkling wines to be discovered from all over the world. Wines made in the Champagne method (referred to as the traditional method) undergo a secondary fermentation in bottle, producing carbon-dioxide which dissolves in the wine going it its rich bubbles. Lighter and more fruity wines undergo the second fermentation in a tank, retaining fresh fruity flavours.
