Charming Pinot Noir from Central Otago in New Zealand, fragrant with rose petals, dried herbs and spices, followed by a lovely hit of dark cherry and plum.
Venison, game and pork.
The G2 block is 320 metres above sea level. The vines grow on undulating land of loess over granite schist soil.
Fermented for 10 days up to a maximum of 30 degrees C. Aged for 11 months in 25% new Burgundian oak barrels.
