Delicious Pouilly-Fumé from the Loire, packed with grapefruit and passion fruit and aromatic with rose petals.
Cote Blanche with a light structure can marry easily many meals: fish and seafood of course, but it is equally delicious with white meats and certain cured meats as well as making a delightful aperitif.
Cote Blanche is formed from grapes blended from several plots located on this plateau, some from the limestone terroir and others from the sandy alluvial, resulting in an aromatic complexity and finesse that is at once beguiling from its youngest age yet also ages beautifully.
