This big-boned, fleshy beauty is a cracking example of the exciting new-wave Douro Valley. A rich red blend of tinta roriz, tinta barroca, touriga franca and touriga nacional, it is bursting with lively, intense fruit backed by silky tannins.
The vineyards are planted on terraces with rows of vines planted up and down the slope on shist soil. The aspect is southeast facing and the age of the vines is 20 years +.
